Dark chocolate ( grated) : 200gm
Butter ( melted ) : 100 gm
Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup
Instant coffee powder : 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder : 1/4 tsp
Eggs : 3 nos.
Brown sugar : 1.25 cup
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Flour : 1/2 cup
Fill the bottom of pressure cooker with salt to convert it to an oven. Place a tray and preheat for 10 minutes before baking.
Pour hot melted butter over grated chocolate & stir to melt the chocolate. Add cocoa powder, coffee powder and cinnamon powder to this and stir to make a smooth paste.
Add egg one by one to the sugar and keep beating until frothy and sugar is melted , add salt , vanilla essence and mix well.
Add this to the chocolate batter and mix well. Add maida to this mixture and fold the mixture to make brownie batter.
Transfer batter to parchment lined baking dish.
In oven it takes around 25 minutes at 180 degree to attain the required consistency. Pressure cooker timing depends on size of pressure cooker, can try higher temperatures, bake untill a thick crust is formed on the top.
